Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Zumba is a dance fitness program, created by dancer/choreographer Alberto Perez in Colombia during the 1990s.
The program combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun.
The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another, and targets every major muscle group in the body.

Welcome to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® - West Mesa.
We are a Certified Training Center directly affiliated with the word famous Gracie Academy®.
Our goal is to preserve the original, self-defense teachings of Grand Master Helio Gracie®, and to provide quality instruction, in a safe and structured learning environment, for people of all ages to learn Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® and practical self-defense skills.
With over 50 years of combined experience, our teachers provide top quality instruction in a non-competitive environment.
We have programs for men, women and children, ages 4 and up. There is no experience necessary to begin.
