Personal Training


Your GAP Fitness Academy personal training package includes free membership to our personal training gym conveniently located in Mesa, Arizona.


Even if you already belong to a gym, you can still work out with our trainers without paying any additional membership or initiation fees.


GAP Fitness Academy delivers balanced fitness, strength, flexibility and endurance training.



Zumba is a dance fitness program, created by dancer/choreographer Alberto Perez in Colombia during the 1990s.


Your program combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun.


The score, created with specific beats and tempo changes, transitions the workout from toning to strengthening or cardio movement, and targets every major muscle group!

When you can join Master Instructor Gabriel Augusto Pardo at GAP Elite Self Defense Martial Arts who developed a system that combines some of the best martial arts in the world with realistic combat defense fighting and tactics. 


You decide if you just want self defense only or self defense plus fitness with our strenuous combat program.


Master Instructor Gabriel Pardo specializes in Combat  Hapkido by International Cambat Hapkido Federation.


What is Combat Hapkido?

Combat Hapkido is an extremely realistic and versatile discipline of self-protection that includes an extensive variety of strikes, kicks, joint locks, pressure points, ground survival and disarming techniques.  The result is a practical, comprehensive Self Defense system that is enjoyable to learn and truly effective in realistic situations.  It is well suited for men and women of all ages and sizes because physical strength and athletic abilities are not essential.

Bootcamp Training


Need someone to push you and help you meet your goals?


Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun Doing It - Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, short distance running, interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more.


We always warm up and cool down. Count on it!
